Due to the nature of perfume products (personal use), we only offer refunds in the following cases:

• The product was damaged or leaked upon arrival.

❌ Not Eligible for Refund:

• If the product has been used, opened, or tested.

• If you simply changed your mind after purchase.

• If the fragrance doesn't match personal preference (we recommend checking descriptions before buying).
